This is an easy turmeric and ginger latte recipe ! It is well known as the “golden milk” and it’s incredibly healthy.
It sounds maybe strange to drink a warm vegetal milk with turmeric and ginger but it is actually very good especially with the sweetness of maple syrup.
First of all, I like to use almond milk for this delicious latte. Almond has neutral flavor and is for me pretty versatile. You’ll just have to pick up your favorite vegetal milk because we all have different palate and different nutritional needs.
Once you’ve got the milk you like, you bring it to a boil and add the remaining ingredients. It’s only 5 ingredients in total : turmeric powder, fresh ginger, maple syrup and pepper.
It is the perfect drink before to go to bed as it helps me to calm down and to fall into sleep (even if it’s a short night).

I usually add some FRESH GROUND BLACK PEPPER to our meal, to have the best absorption of the turmeric. So I do the same with the latte and it add a great spicy twist to this delicious turmeric and ginger latte recipe.
