Pink beetroot hummus, easy recipe..

This is a delicious beetroot hummus. And it’s a SUPER easy recipe. In other words, it is a lovely way to play around with a classic hummus. And don’t be scared of the beet as I was before. In fact, this recipe makes it really savory without the strong beetroot taste. Honestly I love to make this pink beetroot hummus recipe for girly dinners or birthday party, it is always a winner !

As you know, hummus is part of the Arabic culture and I love it. It means “chickpeas” as it is the key ingredient of it. On top of that, this recipe has raw beetroot (no cooking required), olive oil, lemon, tahini, garlic and the spices.

Finally, it is done in a whizz (10 minutes) as you pulse all the ingredients in a food processor until you have a very smooth texture.

Actually, they are a legume from a plant-based family and they contain healthy protein. Furthermore, it’s a great addition to your lifestyle if you have a plant-based or vegan diet.

It has fiber, vitamins and mineral too. It is good to know that the amounts of fiber contained in chickpeas help lower the cholesterol in the blood. On top of that you have energy for hours !
