This is an easy and quick avocado butter recipe! This plant-based butter recipe is a great vegan or plant-based substitute for butter, cheese or mayonnaise ! It’s a healthy alternative.

I don’t like to buy any vegan butter as they are over processed and packed with preservatives.

Additionally I have to be honest, when it comes to avocados I can’t resist. It is a winner for its buttery texture, irresistible taste and incredible nutrients.

I am always over the moon when the avocado season gets into full swing. Try out this very easy avocado butter recipe, you will not get disappointed but you will become addicted.

AVOCADO BUTTER

Being vegan or plant-based, avocado butter is a real staple in your day to day lifestyle. It's creamy, smooth and it is much better than any butter. Forget about any processed vegan butter, there are packed with bad stuffs. So try this out.

INGREDIENTS

Main ingredient

  • 1 ripe avocado

Extra ingredients – pick 1 or 2

  • 2 tbsp fresh or dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp squeezed lime
  • Few fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 fresh chili, chopped
  • 2 tbsp feta, crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Simply mash your avocado with a fork or pulse it for a smooth texture in a small food processor.
  • Add 1 or 2 other ingredients to embellish your avocado butter and mash or pulse again. Flavor it as you wish with salt & pepper.
  • Enjoy.
