10 Gluten Free Recipes To Die For

Gluten free recipes for breakfast

September & October are always super busy, so during the weekend, BREAKFAST time means enjoyable family and friends gathering. Plus, after a wonderful summer break but a lack of exercise, I often find myself tired and toxins have built up in the body. So this is the perfect timing to take a break from gluten and go back to a balanced diet. If you think so, this resume is for you with great ideas and link for gluten free recipes, so tasty and easy.

What about some boost, right now?

It’s the ideal time to give a little boost to your metabolism and cleanse your body by cutting the routine and eating gluten free BREAKFAST (for a change, for a week or even longer if you feel good) and drinking a lot of water to float out all the toxins.

You know probably that only the true celiacs (or gluten intolerants) need to live a completely GF lifestyle. Nowadays because GLUTEN is everywhere and Society is “gluten overload”, some of us have developed a certain sensibility to gluten (digestive problems, fatigue, headache,..). So and again, it’s always good to “make a break” from gluten or to reduce it as much as you can.

Balance is the key

Don’t be extreme. If you’re not a true celiac, there is no reason to avoid gluten. Did you know that some gluten products like (i.a.) barley, rye, bulgur, kamut and spelt are very nutritious for your body too.

A balanced diet is the key to enjoy a long and healthy lifestyle. A little bit of everything -healthy if possible- and not too much of anything.

Because you know how I love to share tips, for a little extra boost, I always go for superfood powder (cacao, maca, baobab or spirulina) that contains more nutrients than any other foods. Add it to those beautiful recipes. These superfoods are sometimes pricey, but it’s worth it and it lasts very long.
