What is my secret ingredient for my morning oats?

I like to add some shredded apple and some ground flaxseed to the oat for an extremely creamy consistency and for a kick of nutrients.

And I make it fancy with beautiful toppings. Healthy and delicious. Let me share here some ideas for toppings but feel free to create your own.

These healthy bowls are so good and gives you a lot of energy throughout the day.

Is oat gluten free?

Because oat is very often produced in an industry that has gluten ingredients there is a high risk of cross-contamination. And for celiac disease people, this is enough to make them sick.
