This is my secret to the ultimate nut butter : roasted cashew and pecan nuts ! 💕🙌🏻✨

Process is easy, taste is insane and you don’t need to add anything ! 😄😋😋

4 TIPS TO MAKE THE BEST NUT BUTTER ON EARTH 🤩✨✨ (this works for any nuts) :

① first step first : roasting your nuts is helping to pull out the oil and make the process easier. It is a step I highly recommend and it brings more flavors too!

② buy the nuts raw and roast them at home to your taste. And you’ll save a lot of money.

③ all nuts are not equal ! Peanut and cashews are the easiest to turn into nut butter. Almond will take longer and you might need to stop few times to let your blender cool down !

④ food processor vs. blender ?
2 cups of nuts are usually enough to reach a beautiful texture in less than 8 minutes in a food processor.
In my experience, if you want to use your vitamix you usually need a splash of oil (avocado oil works) and you need to use up to 4 cups of nuts. You might need an extra scrapping too.

Looking to unlock the secret of the perfect iced matcha latte ? Follow THIS 👇🏻👇🏻✨✨

🤍 make sure you have a good grade/quality matcha. Usually at any organic store. How do you know the quality ? It should be bright green !!

🤍 SIFT, SIFT, SIFT and add room temperature water (not cold). This step is best to avoid clumps in your matcha. In a separate bowl, sift the matcha powder and mix matcha with water. And mix well until completely smooth.

🤍 poor a nice creamy nut milk in a glass filled with ice cubes. Works best with cashew, macadamia or soya milk (but this is personal).

🤍 add the matcha mixture and mix. Add sweetener to your taste ! Enjoy straight away.

You can be now a barista for iced matcha latte that will definitely upgrade your mood (best for meh-day) 🤍🤍! Sound on for the music here 😄😎 !!

2 ingredients for this creamy bowl ✨: DAIRY FREE YOGURT WITH TOFU and strawberries 🍓

I am not lying when I say it tastes like the best strawberry yogurt and it is insanely easy to make at home, with 20 g of quality protein (I choose non GMO and organic silken tofu) 🫶🏻

How to ? 😋😋

Using a medium or high speed blender, mix 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries and 1 cup of silken tofu. Add a bit of water and eventually maple syrup or honey to your taste!

Top with your favorite fruits and grate half of a frozen apple on top ! Keep the other half in the freezer for next time.
So good 😊 (freeze 1 whole apple the day before).

BTW : tofu contains phytoestrogens 🥰
