This fantastic mango mousse is a healthy dessert that is always a best seller amongst my friends !!

One of the reason of its success is probably because of its delicious creamy texture and its coconut flavor with a hint of lime and turmeric.

This lovely mousse is gluten and dairy free. And I’ve added some turmeric as a superfood booster!

There is absolutely no sugar. And this healthy don’t need sugar, the ripe mango will do the job.

So, this tasty and healthy dessert is absolutely divine and guilt-free!

Mango is one of my favorite fruit with its unique flavor and fragrance. I could have it for breakfast ( tropical smoothie bowl), for lunch (rainbow salad bowl), and for a delicious dessert like my famous mango mousse.

If you like mango and coconut, you will definitely love this creamy mango mousse! The combination is heaven!

Top Tip

This recipe is easy. But you will have coconut can leftover as I only use the cream for the recipe. Place it in an airtight container and use it the next morning in your smoothie with banana, strawberries, spinach and few ice cubes !

CREAMY MANGO MOUSSE

You'll find out that this recipe is very easy. Once I scoop the coconut cream, cut the mango, and add the spices, I blend them all! So creamy and so tasty !!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 can coconut cream (full fat)
  • 1 lime
  • ½ tsp turmeric

Instructions

  • Keep your mango and your can of coconut in the fridge for 1 hour (or overnight). Don’t shake your can at all.
  • After 1 hour or the day after, open the can (again, don’t shake or stir it) and use a spoon to scoop only the solid part of the coconut cream (keep the rest for another recipe). Place in your blender.
  • Cut the mango and add to your blender.
  • Add the juice of 1 lime and ½ tsp of turmeric. Then blend them all together until reaching a deliciously smooth and creamy texture.
  • Pour into 4 small bowls and keep in the fridge for 1h.

Notes

*I love to use “chef’s choice” coconut brand as it is easy to scoop the cream.
