Avocado ice cream, really? Actually these healthy green avocado popsicles are to die for (but don’t tell anybody they are healthy). They are the type of popsicles that I want to make again and again for a refreshing summer snack.
These popsicles contain only 4 ingredients (obviously super healthy but you can’t tell) that I’ve chosen to beat the heat this summer (and that will make the best snack ever) :
avocado
pineapple
almond milk
lime juice
And if you are frustrated by kids who won’t eat enough green or fruits, these avocado popsicles will give them a kick of vitamins without noticing anything. They’ll never know these pops are healthy !
I’ve added some of my (so tasty!!) crunchy homemade granola & some blueberries, for extra flavor and texture ! It helps to fulfill a sweet and crunchy craving !
These healthy green avocado popsicles are so refreshing. Plus, their lovely green color is so appealing. But more than that, there is no sugar at all BECAUSE the pineapple makes everything.
So this recipe is pure genius.
Definitely, it’s the best way to enjoy your beautiful summer !!
More popsicles ideas
I don’t know which one I love more, but the truth is I enjoy making chia pudding popsicles too with juicy strawberries or some mango refreshing popsicles. Just pick your favorite one !
Top Tip
I love pineapple for it sweetness and its benefits !
Did you now that pineapple can help to reduce inflammation of joints and muscles?
Plus, it’s packed with vitamin C, minerals, fiber & water !
Healthy green popsicles and…
Fresh, summery, full of vitamins, crunchy & sweeeeet !
