Matcha granite drink, anyone? That sounds gorgeous right ? And it is. This delicious matcha beverage was made by accident. I planned to do a cold matcha latte and I ended up with a granite.

As I find it delicious, I think it is time to publish it. Simple : it is a frozen beverage. Call it a granite, a slushie or whatever. It is so good and so refreshing.

So what’s inside?

Matcha granite drink

This matcha granite drink recipe contains powerful ingredients to keep my energy high.

Total of 5 ingredients : matcha and lucuma powders, ice cubes, almond milk and finally I add a splash of maple syrup.

I love it and I am sure you will too.

Milk options

I usually prepare it with almond milk or even with my delicious mixed nuts milk ! This is a great way to try to do your own milk (the easy way). Check that out.

Otherwise pick up any dairy free milk (you have handy) to make this healthy beverage full of goodness.

Matcha recipes alternative

Matcha is a staple I always have in the kitchen. If you look for matcha inspiration, I use it for pudding, for hot latte or even for cookies !

Top Tip

Do you now lucuma powder?!

It’s a subtropical fruit, known as the Gold of the Incas and has a fragrant nutty flavor. I love this superfood powder because it’s a great sweet addition to your dessert recipes. By the way, try out my delicious raw cacao banana smoothie with some lucuma inside. Totally insane and my kids love it too.

On top of it, it seems to be well known for its anti-inflammatory effects, to help skin aging, to boost energy and to help digestion too !

Healthy matcha granite drink and…

Refreshing, powerful, summery & hydrating !
